I would like to give the money back to the companies to improve their productivity. As to the debt, as the economy scale expands to a certain level, the debt will mean nothing , comparing to the total GNP. So the most important thing is to grow the economy !!!! The large
the size the economy, the more tax to the government, and the % of debt of the GNP continues to shrink !!!!
