TXCI IMO: Right now I think that MM's are still buying back shares form TXCI last run. The stock went from 50 cents to 90 within the first two weeks of July.tscn.com Since then, the price has been slowly declining even after expansion of the company and good news. From reading other boards the average investor's opinion is frustration with the price decline. They are offering their shares at low levels, even after great revenue numbers, expansion, and future plans of the company. This is exactly what market manipulators want, and they are playing into their hands. I have my shares, and plan to keep them. My point is strengthened after I watched all of the buying action which I have previously posted and the ask drops. This stock right now is being held down. It is really a shame that the OTC BB market is not monitored a little better. MM's are allowed the sell shares that they don't have and then keep the price down to buy back at a lower level. For this reason they don't really accumulate shares to sell at a later time. It's not in their best interest. Enough preaching - back to it (I hope you lasted this long) this NR is excellent news. Remember the revenue numbers DO NOT include the recent 35 million order or the 2 million contract included in the alliance with DDT. I would definitely advise you to read the WHOLE NR (Lengthly) along prior NR's, read the charts, and decide if this is the right time to buy in. IMO the stock is cheap right now and it may be the best time to buy. But, my advice always is to decide yourself. And you are right Scouser, it does have a habit of bouncing back over the EMA.
