John with 3.5 million O/s after the rollback on ISSM the float should be less than 600K.......It will move very easily.Any buying at all will see it jumping.The deal with the new company was released to the Canadian News first then it showed on Nasdaq. When people see how it moves they will be there.... The Osprey
