I cannot think of anything good that will happen in the next few months to make the price
go up. I figure the DSCM IPO was AMZNs last chance to have a reason to go up. I don't
have a lot of confidence that your news about selling major appliances will move the
stock. I was really disappointed with the attitude in the conference call.

Tom,

I did not base my long position in AMZN specifically or totally on major appliances. I based it on difficult items to ship and inventory. I understand your desire to diversify.

I have cleared up some money to invest in ICGE. Depending on how much it is going to
cost, and depending on how the rest of my DD turns out, I hope to put half of the AMZN
money into ICGE. The other half of the AMZN money might go to buy back AMZN at a
lower price.

I have not done the research here as of yet. Possibly this evening I can do it.
