George, based on the information from MTIC IR below,
would 200 switches generate about $1m revenue from MTI to
Ancor in the 3rd qtr based on conservative switch and average
switch count per 'box' assumptions?

Spoke with MTIC investor relations, and asked
about Ancor along with a few other questions.
Their engineers like working with Ancor very
much...said they were very service oriented
and attentive. Also said their switch
was a little better, but that Brocade switch
was also good. Sounds like price and service
may have won the deal.
They like Ancor's tech roadmap. He said that
in the conf call they projected 200 "boxes" to
ship this quarter, and when I asked how many
switches in each box he said one sometimes more.
He said hubs also in each box
and that they will announce a hub vendor soon.
He said the Telco industry will be a huge market
for them ie Bellsouth and others. He said
Internet companies are the fastest growing market
for them. They sell to Paine Webber also. Said
IBM is behind in the race. Said the employees
are really psyched and excited about the year
ahead. Said that they are hiring like mad but hard
to get salespeople when everybody else IE Data General
etc is hiring also. Ray Noorda (ex NOVL CEO) is
Chairman of Board and owns 51% of the company.
