Something is brewing at Toledo Beach

KH just got back from Michigan and it sounds like at least one or two major national theme/entertainment park operators are looking closely at Sungold's Toledo Beach site as a location. These are large operators, with several large complexes at major centres around the U.S.. Some of their parks are involved with Disney. The Toledo Beach location is at the nexus of a huge population, and it is easily accessible. Entertainment or theme park developments entail none of the regulatory hassles associated with gaming. I believe that discussions and planning have been going on for several months now, though I've heard nothing more than the rumors that other people have been discussing. My feeling, which is no more than an opinion, is that we are getting close to an announcement. I'm not holding my breath yet, but I am getting excited about the prospect. Such a project would have a major impact on the future of Sungold. I even had a dream the other night that Sungold announced a name change from Sungold Gaming Int'l. to Sungold Developments Int'l.
