You are either turning senile faster than usual or it may be that you haven't read what I have been posting (including to you) on SI.

Feel free to visit my profile and read my posting to get a idea on how my investments are doing including the now closed Intel short.

Paul, RE: How much margin interest have you paid so far on that Intel short ?

Please note that interest is paid to a short seller, not from a short seller.

When a stock is sold short, the cash proceeds are credited to the short seller. This cash earns interest.
