Susan,

>>>> when you are postulating the possibility of a Dow at 14000, does that allow for a very steep correction first that could see 8500-9500 on the Dow? <<<<

Firstly, I thought I indicated that I did not think that the DOW would get that high, but that there could be a rally in one of the sector indices to new highs in the 4th quarter. I had also made mention of narrowing sector rotation where money is leaving the DOT and moving into the SOX, as compared to APRIL where the major indices were rotating with the DOW rallying at the expense of the NAZ.

As for a correction prior to some sort of a narrow rally in the 4th quarter, I had mention that on several occasions in my previous INDEX UPDATES where I expected one last rally into early AUGUST. I am still not expecting a big KAHUNA but a correction in the 10% range, which was stated in my updates. Such should occur in AUG, and it just may be happening now, although I am expecting another small bounce to the upside first in the next few days. I have CLASS 2 BUY signals today, so one more day of selling and I should get CLASS 1's.
