Kafus has construction contract for Amsterdam plant: biz.yahoo.com Now this plant will be 100% owned by Kafus. CFGL will participate only in that it will receive royalties for use of the processes and patents its holds. Riverside and Lackawana are owned by CFGL, which pays a management fee to Kafus (and Kafus will report 86% or earnings as its own based on its 86% stake in CFGL). Any word on plans for US #3 (Chicago) #4 (Fla.) plants? Ben
