a few months ago Chief said we would not hit 20000 if we didn't stop

Friday before a long weekend, does that historically mean lower volumes and downward markets for TSE? Just thinking it might be better to hold off a buy for another day or two. Anyone care too comment. I'm predicting the TSE will be steady on Monday (GG)
