And i know you have allready 550.000 the rest of the revenue must be ad least 4,5 milj. Q1 Is the revenue of 4,5 comming from allready sign contract? A1. our projections for 1999 are 5,ooo,oooUS Q2 Or are you hoping to sign contract to make the 4,5 milj this year? A2 some of this is business that is in the pipe line ready to be turned on some is in the process of being signed and other is business that we have targeted. Q3 Or are you hoping for aquisition to make the 4.5 milj revenues this year. A3.Can not discuss a specific acquisition, but as you know it is something we are attempting to accomplish. Q4 is the aquisition part of the revenues of this year ( 5 milj)? A4. I said that we are working on a large contract, but do not expect it to close for a little while which would be after we are reporting. Radimp said on SI According to MS, the "big" contracts will be signed after they're reporting. This means that 3rd & 4th Q could be very significant. Q5 Those big contracts are they part of the 5 milj revenue? A5.yes, they would be part of our projections. Q6 Why do you have to wait until you are reporting to sign those contracts? A6. I have answered why...we are not waiting it is just a timing issue. Q7 Is the revenues of 5 milj this year annual? A7.annual Q8 And Michael if the most part of the revenues are from the last view mounth of this year is it richt to say that the revenues of the year 2000 will be something like 15 milj ? A8.we have not formalized our projections for 2000 yet. about an aquisition.(question have been change) A9 Is this still your plan? Q9. we have had a very positive meeting and will announce something as soon as we can...will not do it now as it would affect registration, but if it is positive will do it quickly. You know I will always answer what I can. END Must i hold or sell my shares ore buy more? MS said in general I hope you keep the faith...remember I said we will be an overnight success as other companies who have been around for years and then boom!!!they are an overnight success. But why will this co have succues maybe because of this SB2 Financial Intranet does not believe any other company offers the same array of services as us although a number of companies compete with Financial Intranet in specific areas. Well i am holding and buying i am taking the risk for losing my investment because in a overnight success i wont be able to buy ad this price. I do not know when it will be that overnight success. It can be over a yaer or tomorrow worldpm Michael
