You questioned my statistic that about half of the population is on septic, rather than sewer. Here's the stat for Washington state, which no more urban or rural than the average state. Scroll down for the pie chart that shows the 51/49 split between septic and sewer.

btw, you don't know a lick about me and what I've read. Yet, I still think you're an a/r kind of guy and will continue to think that until you prove or post intelligent articles by professionals in the industry.
