Agree- Gates is a GENIUS. He is the man that somehow convinced the majority of the world to pay $99 for bug fixes that never should have shipped. He is the man that convinced the majority of the world that if software doesn't work, there is something wrong with YOU! Quality has been defined as exceeding a customer's expectations.
