Charles, You can call ATEC at 516 231-2832 or use the following links atecgroup.com or the NASDAQ site has good info, including IR contact at nasdaq.com I'm not sure of ATEC as a long term hold but it seems to be a good trading stock the last six months. I unloaded everything when they got the book mention as "Top 100 stocks" and have re-loaded here at 3 1/2. Next "event" is NEXAR launch in August. I expect them to try to make a big splash with lots of news releases and maybe a surprise partner in the project. I look for them to return to profitability after this quarter. It could, I suppose, be a 3 or 4 bagger for the patient investor. Hope this helps. Fast Eddie
