REFR to be featured on Bloomberg TV per e-mail just received from Joe Harary as follows: We have been told that Bloomberg Television's Tech Line will be featuring a story on Research Frontiers and our SPD technology for controlling light in smart windows and other products. The coverage is part of Bloomberg's Tech Line which is scheduled to be shown throughout the day tomorrow (Friday, August 6, 1999) at various times. In the New York City area, Bloomberg Television airs on PBS (Ch. 13 in NYC) from 6:00-6:30 am, and on The USA Network on Cable from 5:00-8:00 am (with the Tech Line segment repeated every hour or so). It also airs on the Time Warner Cable Network (Ch. 65 in NYC) and on Direct TV. While the Tech Line segment usually runs about 1.5 minutes and covers 5-6 products or technologies, we are told that tomorrow's broadcast will feature only Research Frontiers. The Tech Line segment is also syndicated throughout the U.S. and a locally formatted version also is produced in Brazil. I apologize for not being able to be more specific about the exact times and channels this can be viewed upon, but this is the information we have been given by Bloomberg Television.
