It seems to me that no one wants to take responsibility for their own actions. No one forced that fellow in Atlanta to buy crappy stocks any more than I was forced to buy some real POS's myself. The majority of people in this country today are looking for someone else to blame for their troubles. This's been going on for years and years. Every time someone spits in the wrong direction, there's always some jackass ready to sue. This country is going to hell in a hand basket, in my opinion, because our government's strayed way far out from its original course. The Constitution of the United States is not being upheld by the people elected to uphold it.

If I've said it once, I've said it a hundred times, you can't blame the "gun", it's the person pulling the trigger that's at fault. A gun in an inanimate object, it's absurd. It'd be like blaming a pool cue and the makers of pool cues for all the busted heads and noses in pool hall fights.

Blaming daytrading will just provide some excuse for a nutcase to go postal the next time he loses money at a casino. Alltech had no obligation to psychologically screen its customers (this would have brought on a lawsuit) and anyone who blames anyone other than this creep (unless the criminal justice system screwed up in the prior murder investigation) is part of the problem.
