Of course I knew I would get that reaction, it is not surprising.

I will say that you have no scientific proof of your claims that a fetus is a life. I challenge you to produce any studies you can come up with that clearly prove a fetus is capable of intelligent thought and reasoning. I will be willing to listen if you can provide this documentation. The Bible and what the Bible says does not count as scientific documentation.

I will say that there is one guy on these political boards who is pro-life and seems to be so for the correct reasons (Ish). He worked in medicine for a while and has come to an emotional conclusion (not a scientific one) that late term fetuses are conclusive lives.

The others that argue pro-life here I find to have other agendas... namely, oppression of women, biblical motives, misc. right wing social engineering doctrine to take us back to the "good old days" of the 50s when men were men and women were pretty bad off. The good news is, their anti-woman bias is completely obvious from their posts on this matter, as well as jokes regarding Hillary's "domestic" abilities (amazingly some people seem to think this is relvant to something), or their unwillingness to accept a female sports achievement as "significant". The best case for the pro-choice position is just to let you guys run free and make all kinds of offensive slurs towards 50+% of the population... go for it! <gg>
