Mark, I am not sure of the scripture you are referring to, I will search and see if I see it. Here is an interesting one though. Job 27: 3 as long as my breath is in me and the spirit of God is in my nostrils, 4 my lips will not speak falsehood, and my tongue will not utter deceit. The reason I find it interesting, is the greek words for breath and spirit are totally two different words with somewhat similar meanings. the greek verse goes like this: 3 kol. 'owd neshamah . . . . . ruwach .'elowahh. . . 'aph. the words highlighted are the ones I speak of. So could that mean the spirit of God can be in you without breath? Also look. Luke 1:41 When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. So... was Elisabeths baby a "non breathing fetus mass of tissue? And Mark my words. Genetics using abortion will be common if something is not done. Don't believe me... look at China. Here is what the word of the Lord says about that.Exod 4:11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? And what is to be my stance on it? Why do people get mad ? How can I take any other stance when the word of the Lord says this: Prov 24:11-12 Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? ...<<"I can't tell a woman what to do with her body.>> It IS her body. a weak cop out at best. did you not read what the woman said about that lame answer?
