Far as I know, SI never tells people if their records have been subpoenaed. So I have no word from them. RB did notify me. I don't really see what cosmic "information" either company can provide to HITT. RB's free--no credit card info, no nothing--and I joined SI when it, too, was a free site, no questions asked. But to judge from the partial text of the HITT lawsuit complaint that BW so obligingly offered, seems that these poor confused people believe that I live in Texas. Seems as well that BW sort of buys into that. If not, why file this information with the Court? Except, lolol, that they're entirely wrong. Wrong people, wrong SS#. As I've said before: they shouldn't sue me, they should hire me to do research for 'em. What idiots. Getta loada this: Such defamatory publications include statements that are libelous per se, such as HITSGALORE is being run by "criminals," the Company is operating a "scum," and "Ask the institutional investors if they i are buying HITT- You will get a resounding NO! You know why? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD." Such statements were not merely expressions of the authors' opinions but, rather, were expressed as statements of fact. Didn't say it, and they don't even attempt to demonstrate it. I never refer to anyone as a "criminal" unless he's proved to be one, nor do I call companies "scams" unless that's proved. Certainly I called Dorian Reed a "convicted felon": he is one. and/or to unlawfully drive the price of HITSGALORE common stock into a downward spiral to enable the Defendants and those acting in concert with or under the direction of one or more of them, to illegally profit by selling HITSGALORE common stock short. What chutzpah, coming from people who've just said they object to opinions being presented as fact. I don't know whether any of the named John Does is short or not. I'm not, and never have been. Upon information and belief, some or all of the Defendants are being paid, in cash or securities, to post false and defamatory messages on the Interact about HITSGALORE, and receive bonuses for driving the price of the Company's common stock by short sellers. Don't TELL me that these morons have been taken in by the "Powerful Bashers" post!! It just doesn't get any sillier. Wooooo, they're imagining a "civil conspiracy" potentially involving 100 people who supposedly communicate among themselves regularly. lololol. Pure SLAPP.
