I agree that the economy is too strong for this to be the start of the bear..maybe next round will have the smaller caps outperform the big caps..
I assumed that when the Canadian dollar starts gaining on the dollar,
then maybe we would enter a bull market in gold.. so far nada..
I find it fascinating that the market doesn't care that Britain is selling its gold since the pound seems to be doing just fine..wonder if that is what Majors wanted :-) ..interesting with the decline in the dollar if the British still prefer to put the money gained for the sale is better in a depreciating currency?
also why isn't anybody listening to the Japanese government who appears to be saying they are not out of the woods..
Still think it is foreign money trying to propel the Japanese market..
also interesting how foreign money doesn't seem to care that Japanese has printing press on big time..wonder how frustrating it must be
for the Japanese government who want a weaker yen..wonder if one of the heads might immolate himself and a basket of yen..to push the point and save his family from "shame"..
wonder how little Alan feels..bet he will come out with an announcement shortly saying..well inflation doesn't look that bad unless you count the necessities of life..
how the republicans don't use this as need for making the trustfund
baby well fare recipients etc richer..
ps wonder if the violent outbursts will increase as more and more
people are stressed out of their minds-last nite heard on the Rivera
show about air rage..
ps everybody show go out and get a puppy and kitty cat -better than
drugs..candy etc.. and really help reduce stress and selfishness

hutch,

<<<<<Please, don't do that. The GDP is to strong to call this a bear market. And to connect idiotology actions with markets is not justified. >>>>>if you have listened to the reports this person committed this act because he sustained large losses today...time will only tell if this is a bear, but it sure as hell is starting to smell like one...hutch your not always right....

as far as follow thru goes...if we get an up move after Aug. 2 it surely would be a great sign....there that make you feel better???

<<<<Why don't you answer my Gold as a Currency post? Are you afraid?>>>>not afraid sir just not that knowledgable.....At least
