My condolences also. I was not present but faced a similar situation at our poker parlor here on the west coast. Someone needs to suggest forming a support group for the survivors ASAP. If you do some diplomatic fishing at the county Mental Health Services, you might also find out if the guy had a mental illness history which will answer a lot of questions. Best Regards Scott
