I wonder if this goof by those idiots at Etrade will impact their allocation of shares? I'm going to be royally you know what if it does and I miss out because of it. Someone has got to call Etrade on their lies and deception - where the heck is the SEC in all this?

Can those folks go ahead and submit their IOI to Etrade before the official release by Etrade or do they have to wait for Etrade to release it on their site?
