Listening to the conference call on the speakerphone for a while, I was very impressed with Mark Dohlen's initiatives and overall responses particularly the Las Vegas Casino fiasco. While there was actually very little information presented that I was not already aware of, many of the callers with questions seemingly came away very enthusiastic. Mr. Dohlen, IMO, could have applied some brevity to a couple of long-winded callers whom I suspect forgot were on a conference call. Interestingly, some of the e-commerce initiatives Mr. Dohlen discussed are currently being implemented by PlayStar (PSCKF) over in Antigua. (Press releases are forthcoming) Anyone looking for insight into some of the banking initiatives applicable to EFS Caribbean as well can click over to dreamplay.com. As Mr. Dohlen emphasized, this is only the beginning for Starnet and the online gaming business!

Gator,

I came away with an extremely optimistic outlook going forward. As withany stock, there will be trading ranges and I intend to take advantage of that. My core holdings will remain solid going forward. With the intention of solidifying the paramutual(sp?) and horse racing deployments, on-line lottery systems, signing of major name casinos that can yield in the range of 750k per month (15% of 5 million estimate), licenses minimally yielding 25k/month times goal of 80 by end of the fiscal year and ultimate divestiture of the porn side of the business, this company is going to be a cash cow.

Good luck and good work.

Brian
