It had better have all the disclaimers it can get because that expected revenue in q3 ain't going to happen-look for a debenture game with hype to pump it very soon.The class action suits headed their way though should be based on their previous hype such as the .72 tech etc. Smith was a previous scam artist CEO in their zycad days who disposed of his 500,000 shares after indicating his long term support and Mr.Horst was a former president of gatefield who sold his shares at 1.5 but gave glowing projections each quarter that never came to pass. I have very strong doubts that they will be able to manufacture this tech in large volume and if I were a potential customer I would be looking at altera or xlnx and not this stuff.Note lack of any acceptance by market and high risk .I have never seen a company lose more money than this one and their ability to lose money and mismanage is world class.I give them A+ for hype and deception and ability to defraud the many small investors who believed them.good luck to all -my advice is to sell for what ever is left but who knows maybe a miracle will happen and not the nightmare that I and many others went through believing their hyped up garbage and breakthrough tech announcements.,debentures ,debentures conversions,reverse splits ,idanta 's preferred shares redemption etc.Yes, of course they will refund the small investors money expect a refund letter soon to all stockholders and management to refund their salaries -just joking but that is why you are seeing these disclaimers if they had the disclaimers before no one would have bought their stock so this game may be more difficult to play in the future by these scam artists.
