Completely OT*** I have to write a TV episode involving a Gordon Gekko type who liquidates a steel factory and puts an entire community out of work. I need to know the basic moves involved in doing that, plus a believable way to work in an insider-information crime element. Our hero (actually our "Pretender") has to expose him and take him down. Could someone with any knowledge of buy-outs, 13-Ds, etc. please PM me? Thanks in advance. HD
