Lehman Brothers Analyst Daniel Myers wrote that he projects Analog Devices' gross margin expansion to come from three areas: effective manufacturing cost reductions implemented over the past two years; a richer product mix; and shift from onshore to offshore test.
-- Lehman raised its price target for Analog Devices to $60.

Not sure what timeframe the target price is for. I am, in general, mostly a long term buy and hold investor. Therefor, I still have a higher target price >$60 in several yrs time.

If the market can hold up, look for ADI to move to $51. Short term technicals are bullish for both ADI and its industry sector. Keep an eye on this one. If the market looks to reverse up, this could be a good short term play.
