<<A Guide To Online Mortgage Sites

All mortgage sites are not created equal. Here, a list of what to expect from each.

E-Loan (www.eloan.com)
E-Loan works with more than 70 lenders, but it also sometimes acts as its own mortgage bank. E-Loan handles customer service in-house, with its own employees walking borrowers through the process once the loan application is received by E-Loan. The company promises a 24-hour response time on weekdays.

The E-Loan folks assume you know what you're doing and that you're serious about getting a loan. The loan calculators don't help you figure out how much you can afford; instead, they zip straight to pre-approval. E-Loan also offers two e-mail services to help borrowers monitor their own loan and changing interest rates.>>

FYI...EELN was started here last week:

They predicted the support at 34 and had good comments.

Of course Mohan, last time I checked you were making some 'good comments' on E-Loan and even had a BUY rating on it <G>..!!

Best Regards,

Scott
