Hutch i am trying to think so please come back at me. i wonder what it felt like in Japan when their manufacturing was doing so well and every one here went Toyoto and GM had one huge headache.

I know how it must of felt for one bank official who had to lower debt load. But the draining that took place was the US in the beginning.

I have not been in the market during a bear so im not to sure what it feels like or what to look for.

I don't agree with you about the FED i think they are calling this by the skin of their pants. I don't think they have good statistics they are after fact. I dont think history applies like it use to due to telecommunications and rapid movement.

I don't feel we here are immune to the rest of the world. I can't see how with the increase in the yen that our own country will not feel inflation. Heaven forbid Asia was out for Asia, China is included in that statement holding their yuan strong. Perhaps old wounds are just a blessing in disguise.
