I pay $239.57 per month for health insurance for my assistant who is 30, single, and covered for pregnancy. No deductible for co-pay visits ($5/$10 co-pay). $250 deductible yearly for major medical. In other words, a Cadillac plan fully funded by my company.

I do it right now in my business. Its what you do to hold good people. Its get passed along to the customer in the form of higher rates. JLA
