Maurice, I kind of see your point re: Airtouch not caring if they profit from the handsets or minutes as long as they make a profit. That is what the game is all about. But doesn't Airtouch and the other sp's have a min number of minutes they have to buy? I also think that their equity position would have some influence on where the profits are derived. I hope. It will be an interesting show in next several weeks.

Morgan Stanley reaffirmed their outperform rating this week and raised their ye price target from 30 to 37. They alluded to Iridium not being even in the market by the time G* rolls out svc. It was as upbeat as their prior reports. They certainly have an opposite view than Lehman Bros do of Iridium.

ICO is looking less and less of being able to enter the market. Jeff, your analysis of their new whiz bang deal is right on and appears to be quite a desparate measure. If they can't pull that on off, what's next?
