WTT's financials are as you describe.

A stock with valuations this low will often have something peculiar about it, and in this case it looks like the co. got rid of its CEO and promoted a 34-year-old to that position, and then did a swap in March with another company, getting rid of its main business, which had suffered severely declining sales, and receiving a much smaller business plus cash.

In the past they were consistently profitable. It looks like they just recently reported a profit from the June quarter too. It looks like they announced a share-buy back too.
