Revenues increased to $1.9 million compared to revenues of $247,000 during the comparable quarter one year ago. Second quarter revenues represented an increase of approximately $1.2 million over the $665,000 in revenues reported for the first quarter of 1999. Second quarter net loss was $6.3 million, or ($0.22) per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $23,000, or $0.00 per basic and diluted share, during the same period in 1998. Excluding amortization of deferred compensation and other stock based compensation charges, pro forma net loss and net loss per pro forma basic and diluted share were $3.5 million and ($0.12), respectively, for the second quarter. This compares to pro forma net income of $75,000 and net income per pro forma basic and diluted share of $0.00 for the same period one year ago.
