Unfortunately you are entirely correct. Spent my stress years on subs and have seen all types. Some people are stressed out when they are having a beer on the beach, and from there, get worse. It's terrible and sad. Jeff Roberts

I too, put a couple of years in, around and on Wall Street. I was always more worried about some freaked out trader, than of the 6 train. I guess it was only a matter of time, before the pressure and the market sent someone over the edge. Your right its not the job description (or lack of) its the person. Of course thats no consolation to the victims. <BTW> I think your librarian, may have been moon lighting as the cab driver I once rode with... He kind of reminded me of John Belushi's portrayal of the Sumari Chef. KAA
