a) Market "perception" that revenue growth of msft is slowing- It grew at 62% what perception is this. The speculation that it will do so with 26% PC growth is lunacy.
b)Market "perception" that 60+ PE is too rich: It hasn't been too rich in the pastwhy should it appear so now. These rate changes are of no effect on MSFT- especially MSFT.
c) DOJ noise- If they had a case their would be no noise Teddy said talk softly and carry a big stick.
d)Insider, momentum player, short seller, day trader pressures: To paraphrase "these things we shall always have with us"
e)You've got to be kidding - do you believe that stuff. Ask yourself this question. "When does the mortgage on my house come due?"
f)Inflation? Where is the inflation? Remember the April Number that said we were growing at some rate that was all bent because of OPEC - one month at eIC of 1.1% (which is not all the bad for this time of year) does not inflation make. I don't see it in the stores. Where do you shop? What planet do live on? What planet does AG live on?

Then you give the equivocal disclaimers at the end. You should work for AG. Holy smokes! JFD

- I think the "DOJ noise" & the Clintonistas are doing the most harm to MSFT right now

- I mean, last 1/4, MSFT spent $80 mill defending itself.

- I'd love to see MSFT start charging for putting AOL's icon on the desktop. And better yet, going with free connection to isp.
