reopened my position today at 13 ( unlucky number but not really that superstitious) looks oversold now and a key point is money flow has turned positive. Plan to stay for the bounce.

My top pick which I bought recently at 1 29/32 is TCSI... It has been beaten down even more than NEON and is trading at cash value and about 2/3 of book... Most of the big sellers have already been flushed away, so downward pressure is minimal at best. At its current price, TCSI is looking like a takeover target or a share buy back is very possible
