Spirit, Yes I do think market will continue this yo-yo. . . and I am betting on China devaluing. . . which is why I am comfortable in gold at present. I personally think that small-caps are being dragged down with the rest. . . I know the ones I track are. Only penny stocks are immune to these swings. And trading in this environment is treacherous.

I am still showing considerable gains from when we sold-off all internets and high-tech beginning April 15. And I think it is due to resisting the temptation to jump back into internets, just because it looks like a bottom has been hit. . .or it looks like a bounce is happening. . . to me it is all mirage. We have much more down ahead, IMO. In fact, any losses I have incurred since April have been due to earnings plays. . . which were like flipping a coin on direction.

Tokyo Joe is 95 percent cash in his trading account right now, due to current world market conditions. I know he remembers last summer as well as I. It was nearly impossible for traders to keep on playing yet hold their gains.

But by all means, do whatever WORKS for you. . . that is what is important.
