Jack, Maybe PYNG is trying to "gang" orders from as many "medical directors" as possible in order to make an initial "mass production run" of say 5,000 units. Jacob's could gamble and tell these "clients" that delivery will be 2 to 4 months ARO due to the "pent up" demand for this hot new product. Of course he would have a minor problem if he can only log say 2,000 units before he has to start production but what the heck, .... he would only be stuck "momentarily" with US $ 300,000 worth of inventory and the product will eventually sell itself ...... right? Interesting that he is still inviting direct contact .... I guess those "distributors" are still a thing of the future.

The problem may be that once he has production up and running at say 1,000 units/month it won't take long before that inventory starts growing and I sense he is not yet convinced that he can generate orders fast enough to prevent the inventory from growing. And of course, although he says the design is finalized, WHAT IF they have to change something 6 months down the road and are stuck with 4,000 units of a design they can no longer sell?
