<<or until an equity investment occurs with a partner who can get the technology to market more quickly, it will be hard to break out. >>

I would like to hear some more thoughts on the $20,000,000.00 equity investment from a solitary investor. That is a pretty impressive chunk of change and could represent the interest of "a partner who can get the technology to market more quickly". That announcement was the only positive on a rather depressing conference call (only 2 questions!?!).

Does anyone have a better understanding of this deal than I do? Mr. Markman suggested that the investment would allow the investor to be able to "put" buy the common on the open market. I can't imagine he was referring to shorting the stock. Any clarification out there?
