Correction. The $40 target did not include any revenue from the startups. The modest success price included the low end revenue estimate of the startups and 3x.

Sector-Many thanks for the posts. If your typing is as bad as mine, it certainly qualifies as a labor of love. It is interesting that White came up with the same 360 mil of 2000 revenue for MRV incl Optical Access that I posted last night. I didn't get to finish typing my EPS forecast, but with 360 mil of gross and 45% gross margin with 12% R & D and 22% SG& A we end up with slightly better than 1.00/share aftertax. Since this doesn't attribute anything from the affiliate start-ups it isn't hard to see how one rationalizes 40 share price in 12 months. Best regards, Mike
