About your oex chart: I draw my support lines horizontally, and my trendlines with slope. So I say support has already been broken. BWTFDIK

Is today's candle a 'bearish engulfing'? Those have been pretty reliable indicators of a continuing decline of late-

The toughest thing about being a beara is that even when you're right, the bulls will still loathe you because they have lost their arse. <g>

CSFB Sec banned from JGB auctions Aug 5-Sept 4-MOF

TOKYO, July 30 (Reuters) - The Tokyo branch of Credit Suisse First Boston Securities (Japan) Ltd will be
banned from participating in Japanese government bond auctions from August 5 to September 4, the
Ministry of Finance said.

The ministry said in a statement released late on Thursday it will also ban CSFB from underwriting
government bonds in the same period.

CSFB Securities' share in the JGB underwriting syndicate was 0.4873 percent, the ministry said.

The ban followed an announcement by Japan's Financial Revitalisation Commission which said on Thursday it would revoke the banking
licence of Credit Suisse Group's derivatives unit for obstructing official investigations and offering inappropriate products to clients.
