i think it is recognizing that oil is now $21 / bbl. and this thing is a viable hedge against that increase. i also think someone is buying one or, maybe more. these things would be a big help to the railroad industry, don't you know.

Where did your figure of 65,000 shares traded come from, Martin? According to the site that Bob K. recommended, all the shares traded since June 10 equal only 64,500. Still, the buy at 25,000 on Thursday jumps out, as does the two sells of 200 shares at a steenth, grossing $12.50 each before trading costs.
