GoldenGoals.com Progress Report
===========================================================================
Contiki Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce further significant progress on
its entry into the Internet soccer pools betting business through the
acquisition of the GoldenGoals.com business.

The English Football Association Premier League kicks off its 1999-2000
season on August 7, 1999.

The GoldenGoals.com website kicks off its first
season on August 1, 1999 with a free promotional game offering a guaranteed
£100,000 prize.
(that's over $220,000.00 CDN)

Prize insurance is in place to guarantee payment. Launch of
the "pay-to-win £1 million" game is planned for later in August.

The free promotional game offers players an opportunity to become familiar
with the GoldenGoals game with no financial risk. To play the free game a
player will simply register as a member, which prevents under-age betting and
allows GoldenGoals.com to collect information on potential players of the
"pay-to-win £1 million" game. Registered players will not need to register a
second time when the "pay-to-win £1 million" game begins.

GoldenGoals.com will offer an easy, low cost, fun way to win big prizes by
predicting English Premier League soccer scores. The guaranteed top prize of
£1 million ($2.4 million) is expected to attract many players. Other prizes
will be paid as a portion of the pool of stakes collected. GoldenGoals.com
operations are based in the United Kingdom and designed to attract soccer
fans worldwide. The business is fully licensed and regulated by the British
Government.

Contiki's proposed acquisition of all the shares of Alternative Card Company,
the owners of the GoldenGoals.com business, has not yet been accepted by the
Vancouver Stock Exchange and there is a risk the transaction may not be
accepted, or that the terms of the transaction may change materially prior to
such acceptance.
