I believe there is a time restriction in the US on shorting IPOs. But it can easily happen using offshore resources. Usually the Shorting Parade will organize itself within the 30 day quiet period and come on like gangbusters later, if, so to speak, they smell the blood to do so. KOOP is a prime example. But NTOP seems to have a stronger cutting edge relative to this tech-conscious world we live in today, and may well be immune from the Shorting Parade. Let's hope so! Anyway, the bottom line is NTOP deserves to trade higher than where it's at right now, in my opinion.
