The average small cap has not participated in the P/E and the other ratio expansion we have witnessed. For the returns of the past 10 years to continue we would be looking at 50 P/E multiples on average just a few years out. OOOOPS! I got off topic.

*Do you know the management team? How do they rate?*

I have personally met with management on several occasions and have found them to be a solid group of individuals. Their achievements have been many but foremost on my list is removing the entrenched Japanese companies form the base station market in a few short years. With that sort of prowess, I find it easy to believe that as long as the technology is there (it is) VARL will prosper in the handset markets.
