Thanks Robert, I'll give it a try, since I get better speed off Earthlink and use it most of the time.

About your comment before, about savvy users not needing the home page. I've been a computer user since 1990 and online since 1991. I have always enjoyed having a home page - it's like looking at the front page of the newspaper while having coffee. A quick glance at the news, and a friendly page greeting you by name, with easy links elsewhere. So I disagree that most savvy users don't use home pages - it's nice to start somewhere!. I do wish that the go2net home page allowed us to insert our custom link favorites like it does on our profiles. And the local weather would be nice! And TV and movie listings like excite has.

Susan G

To select home page with Microsoft IE.

1) go to the site you want as a home page (www.go2net.com)
2) from the IE menu... select Tools... Internet Options..
3) In the box that says Home Page, select the "Use Current" button

That's it.
