Today's Scheduled IPO's: NetIQ (NTIQ); Digex (DIGX) and Biopure (BPUR)

NetIQ priced 3 million shares last night at $13, at the top of the expected $11 - $13 range. NetIQ makes software for monitoring and boosting the performace of MSFT operating systems. CS First Boston underwrote NetIQ which will trade under the symbol: NTIQ

Digex priced 10 million shares last night at $17, at the top of the $16 - $17 range which had previously been raised from $14 - $16.
Bear Stearns underwrote this leading provider of Web site hosting services for businesses and organizations. Digex will trade under the symbol: DIGX

Biopure is a biotech play who products increase the oxygen in human and animal tissue. Biopure's estimated price and number of shares offered were lowered last night, pricing 3.5 million shares at $12, lower than the estimated 4.5 million at $15.50 - $17.50.
