Not much into in modeling for stocks like this (momentum plays). For internuts like YHOO, AMZN, AOL, EBAY, etc. I rely more on cycles and momentum. I don't on holding these stocks until 2002, but only for 2-3 months at a time for the earnings runs. Sometimes, hold beyond a certain period can really get you hosed (like since April!).

As of 3/31/99's financials - the latest ones on Edgar:

- Yahoo sits on $700 mill of cash & marketable securities
- No short or long term borrowin debt
- 237 mill shares o/s
- net income of $16.4 mill vs. $3.2 mil the year ago qtr
- $86 mill in revs vs. $30.6 mill in the yr ago qtr
- net income (fully dilluted): $.07 vs. .02 yr ago

- Jeff, based on the above, I would say your estimates are conservative - very conservative.

So are you are saying the stock is worth something around $50 in 1999? (I have a GTC order to cover at $60, but I guess I could be convinced to lower it.)
