Well well, we have a person here who chooses to twist words and make senseless statements. Guns are legal and a guarenteed Right.

Your drugs are illegal.

Guns do not require you taking them, they are not physically altering, they do not inhibit judgement and require no illegal actions to support. The 98% of legal gunowners are law abiding, pay more towards the enviroment and wildlife control than any Joe or Jane Q Public. We pay more on taxes due to ammuntion purchases, weapon purchases and all the paraphanelia that goes with owning a gun. As a matter of fact, a lot of the better part of society owns guns. The same cannot be said for your druggies.

I'd agree MJ should be legal, it appears to have less addictive qualities than alcohol or cigarettes. The other drugs you mentioned end lives and ruin others.

To MNI;

Why the hell should we not legalize drug? After all we have been loosing that war for years. Except 2 things should happen. If the person over doses and their health insurance doesn't cover it, and they can't pay for the treatment, let them die. It not my responsibility to take care of them because of their crappy decisions.
Secondly: If you choose to take illicit drugs (those that are physically addicting), you can not have any state or federal social services, such as welfare programs, student loans, tax breaks, etc..

Surely you would also support free trade in cocaine, heroine, LSD and all such stuff. It is not the
cocaine's (an inanimate object's) fault that it is taken, and it is not the heroine's fault that some people
do crappy things under its' influence, and more people do more crappy things in order to finance it. Is it
?
PS: Once this drugs are freely allowed, they should also be home-grown and taxed. Better for the
economy.

You're correct, it's not the drugs fault that someones using it just like it's not the guns fault that someones using it for purposes other than protection of ones life, property, sport or the protection of ones family. The drugs that you mentioned are not legalized and were/are not a liberty guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America like the Second Amendment is.
