Yes I have, and it implies a downtrend. Lets take the reverse. From last OCT's lows until spring this year, I did not get any good CLASS 1 BUY signals just SELL SIGNALs while we were in a strong uptrend.

So basicly here is the rule of thumb I follow:
1) NO CLASS 1 SELL SIGNALs but only BUY SIGNALs = DOWNTREND
2) NO CLASS 1 BUY SIGNAL but only SELL SIGNALs = UPTREND
3) BOTH CLASS 1 BUY and SELL SIGNALs = TRADING RANGE
