It was Portland Maine. Portland Maine is served by Time Warner. They are and have been fully upgraded. When I was doing DD on ATHM last year, I looked at its competitor in Portland (Roadrunner) because I knew people personally who had the service. I also knew the cable co. fairly well, having been a cable customer myself for a few yrs. I only bring it up because at the time I did my DD, I was surprised at the low subscriber/upgraded homes ratio for the Roadrunner service.
